Welcome Back! It's going to be a fabulous school year! I am so excited to get things started. I can't wait to see you and hear all about your summer adventures. I am sure there are so many stories to share. As we prepare schedules and get ready for resource class, students need to get ready, too. Fourth and fifth grade students need supplies for AIG resource class. The good news is that many 5th graders are going to use the same notebook and folder they had last year. It's a win-win for the environment and the parent wallet! Fourth graders will need a single subject spiral notebook and a folder. Please make sure the pages are not perforated. By the middle of the year, those notebooks with the easy tear out pages are falling apart. I will also have some wish list items on my door during Meet the Teacher (Room 2404). Any help is greatly appreciated! | A New Home We have moved! It's great to always have you guessing as to where we are going to be:) The AIG classroom is now located on the second floor in room 2404. Both Mrs. Blewett and I will be off campus at meetings for Meet the Teacher. We are so sorry we will miss you. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, August 25th! |

I am Jennifer Herrera's grandmother and writing on behalf of her mother Jennifer Herrera as her computer is being repaired. Can you tell us what the 3rd grad Cog testing involves. She has dyslexia and an IEP to help her cope with it. We are anxious to know more details and if this is a pass/fail type thing or just a base line 3rd grade test. Thank you Helen Ellis
